I am always on the lookout for new brunch places and Plow was on my radar. We tried to go a few months back but the long line outside the restaurant combined with pouring rain forced us to go elsewhere. However, this time, no line and although busy we were able to get seated right away!

The menu looked awesome with items covering breakfast, sandwiches, salads, sides, and drinks.

The buttermilk fried chicken sandwich looked great but I felt like breakfast. So after Anna decided on the plow I went with the fried egg sandwich. A little sandwich. A little egg. Can’t go wrong.

I was asked if I wanted bacon or avocado (extra cost $1.75) added to the sandwich. I’m like yes…to both. I ordered an equator coffee and Anna got a small orange juice.

Service was efficient. Drinks came out right away.

And the meals quickly followed. We were offered ketchup and hot sauce and asked for both. I had to look up Youk’s hot sauce but guess it started right here in San Francisco. I liked it.

the plow looked great. Two eggs (Anna got them poached),pork  sausage, two pancakes (super light), and crispy potatoes (excellent).

The fried egg sandwich was simple but done really well. I loved the crispy potatoes.

Here’s another angle.

Our bill was pretty reasonable as well.

Great place for brunch but be prepared for a wait on the weekends or come during the weekday. I’ll definitely be back. Awesome place.

    1. Not sure about dinner. Have only heard about place for breakfast/brunch. If they do offer dinner I’m sure it’s great!
